The Liquid Poetry Slam is the Liquid Poet’s yearly homebrew competition, hosted by New Belgium Brewery in Fort Collins, Colorado. The competition includes a variety of medals including a number of pro-am opportunities with the best breweries in the country, Best of Show for beer, mead & cider and Heavy Medal brewer and club awards. Last year we had over 450 entries from across the country. Keep reading for info about this year’s Liquid Poetry Slam, and historical results throughout the years.
2024 Poetry Slam
This year’s Liquid Poetry Slam will be capped at 425 entries and will now take place in June! The entry window will be from April 8th until May 11th. The final day of judging and the awards ceremony will take place on June 8th at New Belgium Brewing. Ceremony begins at 4:30pm and will also be live streamed.
