I’m going to be out of town until the 16th so I’m out for brewing more. If we’re not going to put it in he barrel this weekend, I may have to leave my beer with someone

I’m thinking of filling the barrel this Sunday with what we’ve got. I’ll blanket with CO2. Then putting the rest of it in when done. Free up folks’ carboys and put something tasty in (most of) the barrel.

    Any objections?

    Sunday, 7/7
    3pm for filling.

I also need 2 people to help me rinse the barrel around 2pm.

Sunday works for me. You can count me in for helping rinse the barrel at 2. Let me know if anything changes.

Tomorrow will work for me as well. Have you heard from everyone else?

Sorry, haven’t been paying attention to the forums for a few days.

Mine still hasn’t clarified much, you worried about having active yeast in the barrel? Otherwise I can probably stop by at some point and add it to the collection.
